Hey you,
I’m Clara

👋🏽

Woman coach, coaching for women online, career coaching europe

I’m a Co-Active coach, trained and certified by the Co-Active Training Institute (accredited by the ICF). I specialize in career transition coaching—a niche that goes beyond just polishing your CV or prepping for job interviews.

My mission is to help you break free from what’s holding you back and guide you toward the path you’ve been dreaming about.

Whether it’s landing a dream job, starting your own business, or discovering what your vocation could look like, I’m here to help you create a step-by-step plan that moves you forward. I work with people from all walks of life who are seeking a deeper sense of meaning in both their careers and everyday lives. Together with my clients, we chase after a profession and lifestyle that feel like natural extensions of who they are.

If you’re dealing with that familiar “I don’t know what to do” headache, I see you—big time. I spent years stuck in a situation where, despite trying several different things to 'figure it out', I had no idea how to move forward. I constantly second-guessed myself, doubted my ideas at every turn, and struggled to answer the question, "What do I want to do when I grow up?" (I was bloody 30 at the time!)

Time felt like it was constantly slipping away, and I often wondered if my many interests would ever lead to a profession that truly felt right for me.

As it turns out, what I wanted to do had been right in front of me for years, but I couldn’t see it. After working with a Co-Active coach and gathering the courage I needed, I quit my full-time job and started my own coaching practice.

Lil' more about
my background

I grew up in Barcelona in a trilingual household.  I've been living abroad for over 15 years and have called two countries home during that time.

When I started my coaching practice, I spent a few months living and coaching young teens in a favela in Rio de Janeiro.

I also tried to become a sexy beach volley player but failed miserably. However, I excelled at low key coaching everyone around me, as well as drinking beer with the next door neighbor and his 9 cats.

I am of course as multi-interested as they come, duuh. I transitioned from teaching English to spending nearly a decade in the music industry as a music metadata specialist as well as event organizing; Mainly music gigs (this was so much fun!) and office outings.

During my last years as a corporate girlie, my interest in people-centered organizations and workplace well-being led me to focus on team development and  employee experience.

As much as I love coaching, I'm aware its high costs, unfortunately, make it inaccessible to many :( One of my goals is to play a role in making coaching as accessible as the milk you buy at the supermarket.

At the start of 2023, I co-founded equally, a small business that offers pro bono career coaching services to people from under-resourced backgrounds who are going through a layoff.

We can also bond over...

  • How I completely failed at fostering and, of course, ended up adopting Easy, my cat.

  • Sustainable practices and second-hand everything! When I lived in Amsterdam, I started a plastic canal cleanup because I couldn't stand seeing the duckies get stuck in plastic bags.

  • All things cooking, spice competitions, and dim lights at dinner, please.

  • Absurdity and a good meme or twelve.

  • How the hell did Carrie Bradshaw afford that one bedroom?

  • The atrocity that mass tourism has become.

OR

“Through the coaching I got new perspectives on what I really want and with Clara's help I was able to restructure my thinking in a way that I now feel I have more energy for the things that personally mean a lot to me.”
